Return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
We offer refunds or exchanges on eligible items, including sale items, provided they meet the return conditions below.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging must be included
- Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process
